50. Incomplete or irregular motion. The clerk informs the applicant if a motion is incomplete. If the applicant does not remedy the default by the deadline preceding the day on which the motion is to be presented, that deadline being either 5 or 2 working days, the clerk postpones the motion to a later date and informs the parties accordingly.
Before the hearing, a judge may strike a motion from the roll if it is irregular on its face and in such a case, the clerk informs the parties accordingly.
